| Terms and Conditions: |
- The Early Bird registration fees will only be applicable to those who book and pay prior to the cut-off date
- Should you register prior to the cut-off day but omit to pay, you will be automatically charged the regular registration fee
- No registration will be confirmed without full pre-payment and no access to the Conference or Exhibition will be allowed
- Please be advised that should payments incur bank charges, these charges will be for the delegates own account and will be reflected on the official receipt. Full payment for these charges is required

| Registration Cancellation and Refunds: |
- Participants cancelling on or before September 31st, 2010 will be entitled to an 80% refund
- Cancellations after September 31st, 2010 will not be entitled to any refund
- All refunds will be processed only after the Conference
